The UAE Free Zones also provide the important advantage of permitting a foreign investor to operate without the legal obligation of having UAE nationals control their business, which is enforced outside these zones. Such an obligation also exists in all other countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Fees to establish UAE Free Zone Company

US$6,000 consulting fee, plus expenses based on $100/hour, not to exceed maximum US$1,000.

This is Adderley Davis' consulting fee, and does not include cost of establishing UAE branch, trade license fees, office rent, Free Zone admin fees, etc..

These fees total minimum US$5,000, plus office and/or land rent. Minimum office rent is US$8,000/year for 20 square meters furnished office.
